Jennifer Wallace, CNP

Certified Nurse Practitioner

With over two decades of experience in women’s health and aesthetics, Jen is a highly-qualified, board-certified nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and her master’s in nursing as part of the holistic adult nurse practitioner track from New York University. She joined Restore Skin Care Center in February 2016, and focuses most of her clinical practice on aesthetic laser treatment, cosmetic injections, skin consultations, and sclerotherapy for spider veins. In 2018, she completed a continuing education course with advanced, live training in cosmetic injectables, including Botox®, Kybella® and Juvéderm®.


Ryan MacDonald, PA-C

Physician’s Assistant

Ryan is a board-certified physician’s assistant who joined us in July 2015. He received his bachelor’s degree in science/biology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Ryan is certified on the PicoSure® laser and enjoys treating our aesthetic patients seeking tattoo removal, acne scar removal, hyperpigmentation reduction, and skin revitalization.


Misty, MA

Medical Assistant

Misty offers a decade of clinical experience in both surgery and women’s health. She joined our staff in May 2016, and has a keen interest in aesthetic services. She is a licensed cosmetologist and our patients benefit from her skill and expertise.


Melissa, MA

Medical Assistant

Melissa offers over a decade of clinical experience in general surgery, venous insufficiency, and skin and wound care. She primarily works with clinicians and patients in our Advanced Vein Care Center practice, but she is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of patient care within both of our practices.


Kylea, MA

Medical Assistant

Kylea joined us in the spring of 2018 as an experienced, surgically trained medical assistant. Her expertise in assisting with a full range of aesthetic and surgical treatments, such as endovenous laser treatment, sclerotherapy, phlebectomies and excision procedures, is invaluable to our clinicians—and our patients appreciate her bright, welcoming smile. Kylea received her medical assistant certificate from Porter and Chester Institute.


Jessie, MA

Medical Assistant

An integral part of our team, Jessie joined us in 2016 with experience in direct patient care and billing. She is also certified as a medical translator in Spanish, and assists in this regard for both of our practices.




Jessica is one of our receptionists, and is happy to welcome you and help you when you visit or call our practice.




Robyn is another of our receptionists. She’ll also provide a warm greeting and the help you need when you call or visit our practice.


Reycha, MA

Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Joining our staff in the summer of 2018, Reycha provides key coverage as receptionist and medical assistant, working closely with our patients and family members during the afternoon. She received her medical assistant certificate from Branford Hall and has several years of experience in the health care arena.


Lori Rizzo

Practice Manager Lori joined Restore Skin Care Center in the spring of 2018, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a business manager and practice manager at Baystate Health and Cooley Dickinson Medical Group. Her detailed understanding of the medical office environment has proven a major asset as she manages the daily operations of our busy practice. Lori received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Readily available to address any patient question or concern, Lori is an important addition to our office.
